Last Friday, I had the pleasure of attending the 2010 Green Living Show at Toronto’s Direct Energy Centre. What a great way to kick off the weekend — an afternoon perusing booths designed by companies, organizations and people all trying to make a difference for the environment. I’ve attended the show for the past couple of years, and was amazed at all the new vendors present this year.
Here is a small roundup of my favourites from the show: One of the first booths I was drawn to was Credo Bags, an eco-conscious company based out of Montreal that specializes in reusable bags. Their goal is to inspire people to make simple changes in their daily behaviours, which collectively have a large impact on the environment. We are all very familiar with the reusable shopping bag, but Credo has taken this one step further to include smaller snack, bulk, produce and baguette bags. Nice to see a little H&H being represented at the show, too!
