Shipping within Canada

Credobags offers free shipping on orders over $75 before taxes in Canada. 

Expected delivery will take 5 to 7 business days; any addition delay is the shipping company’s responsibility. Please note that insurance is included in the shipping cost. Tracking number will be provided via confirmation of order and receipt. 

Québec & Ontario

All orders are shipped with expedited (5-7) business day shipping for $10 CAD. A signature will be required upon delivery.

 Canada-wide shipping (all provinces excluding Québec & Ontario)

All orders are shipped with expedited (5-7) business day shipping is $12 CAD. A signature will be required upon delivery.

 USA & International

We do not currently ship outside of Canada, but we hope to in the near future.

 General

All orders are dispatched from Montreal, Quebec. Please note that the above shipping days apply from the day that your order is shipped, not the day the order is placed.

If you provide the wrong shipping address, CredoBags will not be liable for additional shipping costs and the customer will be responsible to cover the costs to re-send their order.

Returns & Damages

We want you to love our products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us right away at sales@credobags.com.

If your bag is delivered to you damaged, your have 10 days to notify us at sales@credobags.com. 

Our Packaging

At CredoBags, we try to reduce the use of single-use materials. You will notice that most of our products come unpackaged (eg. stickers, hang tags, etc.) As well, we ship our products in EcoEnclose 100% recycled poly mailers. For larger shipments, we use repurposed boxes. 

You will receive a confirmation receipt via email, we ask that you don’t print it out and save a tree!
